A&A Real Estate is a Swiss-based real estate development company that invests in large projects. The original company was established in 1978.

The company has built up four decades of user-oriented specialist knowledge in the areas of location evaluation, marketing, and finance, in each case supported by local experts and international finance partners.
A&A evaluates and invests in outstandingly situated public, shopping, office, and residential properties in urban areas.

For its projects, A&A Real Estate assigns internationally recognized and renowned architects whose designs produce buildings with landmark character.

Following the successful completion of a series of development projects in conjunction with the US finance partner Prudential Financial Inc. in Switzerland between 2006 and 2014, A&A Real Estate is now increasingly concentrating on Western countries and cities with high economic development potential.
